Apply
Push back cuticles, lightly buff, and cleanse with alcohol (dehydrate).
Size each nail; apply a thin layer of nail glue or a tab to the natural nail.
Align cuticle side and press firmly 20–30 seconds. Avoid water for 1 hour.
Remove
Soak nails in warm soapy water + a little oil for 10–15 minutes.
Gently wiggle from the sides until they release—never force.
