Junk Luxe Nails is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

We handcraft every set. While we make every effort to accurately represent our products, colors and appearance may vary based on your device and settings. We do not warrant that the appearance or quality of any products or services will meet your expectations or be identical to on-screen images.

All product descriptions are subject to change at any time without notice at our sole discretion. We may discontinue any product at any time and may limit quantities offered to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction, on a case-by-case basis.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Junk Luxe Nails may accept or decline your order at our discretion. We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted. Please review your order carefully before submitting, as we may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after acceptance.

All sales are final due to the handmade nature of our products. Purchases are eligible only for size exchanges on standard sizes and for replacements or store credit in the limited cases described in our Return & Refund Policy.

If we do not accept, change, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the email, billing address, and/or phone number provided at checkout.

You represent and warrant that your purchases are for your own personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export.

SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING

Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will appear in your order confirmation email. Unless expressly stated, posted prices do not include taxes, shipping, or handling.

We may run promotions governed by separate terms. If those terms conflict with these Terms, the promotion terms control.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase, payment and account information for all purchases, and to promptly update your information so we can complete transactions and contact you as needed.

You represent and warrant that (i) the payment information you provide is true, correct, and complete, (ii) you are duly authorized to use such payment method, (iii) charges incurred by you will be honored by your payment provider, and (iv) you will pay charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including shipping, handling, and applicable taxes.

Store Credit: Where applicable under our Return & Refund Policy, store credit is issued as a Shopify gift card or store credit code redeemable at checkout. No cash refunds.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We currently ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or events outside our control. Title and risk of loss transfer to you upon our delivery of products to the carrier. Packages marked delivered by the carrier are considered delivered.

SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Services and all related content and materials are owned by Junk Luxe Nails, its affiliates or licensors, and are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms permit you to use the Services for personal, non-commercial use only. Any unauthorized use is prohibited. Junk Luxe Nails names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Junk Luxe Nails. Shopify’s names and marks are trademarks of Shopify. All other marks are the property of their respective owners.

We may provide access to tools or features offered by third parties “as is” and “as available” without warranties or endorsements. Your use of optional third-party tools is at your own risk and subject to those providers’ terms.

Junk Luxe Nails is powered by Shopify. Any sales and purchases are made directly with Junk Luxe Nails. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and Junk Luxe Nails. You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims arising from your purchases and transactions with Junk Luxe Nails.
